The location of this property is fantastic, 30 seconds from train station, and right amongst the bars and shops. As noted in previous reviews the building seems to be a mix of holiday rental and residential. Our room was overlooking a courtyard and was peaceful. The room itself was basic and could do with a makeover but it was clean. The shower was tiny and the floor got soaked after every use. Check in was easy and we managed to check in 40 mins early which was great . The communal areas were a bit shabby and could do with a face lift. You get what you pay for , if you want luxury don’t stay here, if you want something cheap and clean and convenient then this is perfect .

We got a free upgrade from a studio to an apartment. The staff were very friendly, cleaners came regularly to change towels and bedsheets. The place was very nice and clean. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Arrival was as smooth as possible. The host was most pleasant and helpful and assured he was available should I need assistance. Thoroughly recommended property and location.

The room was clean and in good condition with everything needed for a self catered stay. This property appears to be residential apartments where some of tbose apartments are used for short stays and some used for permanent residents. The comminal areas of the property are not very well maintained but the rooms thmselves are clean and well looked after. The property does suffer from noise but it is generally quiet at night. The reception is not 24 hours but you can still access the property and there is a number to call for any other issues. This property would not suit everyone, especially people with mobility issues. The property has steps, a very small and slow lift and is not easy to access. The plus side is that the property is right near the railway station and has access to bars, cafes and shops within a few metres. The property would suit someone looking to explore the area, experience the nightlife and needs a reasonably priced place to stay.

Very good location, every amenity is very close, the train station it's just a few steps away,I felt at home since the very first day at the hotel. All the appliances inside the room works perfect, toilet, water, kitchen, etc. Not complaining at all. Thank you very much.

Great place to stay.
It was excellent for the price we paid. Raymond was very helpful, it was spotless, even had iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and washing machine, only thing it didn't have was a kettle, however we managed with a saucepan to boil water for our tea.its ideal for a central location in torremolinos. Train station is 50 mtr away. Cost £1.50, from airport. Bus is very cheap £1 30, to Benalmadina.Highly recommend this accommodation.

For the price i wasnt sure what to expect but i was very much impressed by how clean the apartment was and the facilities,- it had a washing machine which was useful and the bin was changed every 2 days. The location was great, the station was next to it so getting to and from the airport was very quick, cheap, and easy :) and there were lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets on its doorstep. It certainly wasnt luxurious but you get what you pay for and if you dont want to spend huge amounts of time in the hotel its perfect.

Allt som behövdes fanns där, bilderna på nätet stämde med verkligheten. Trevlig och hjälpsam hotellvärd. Nu till det negativa, absolut inget boende för den som vill ha lugn och ro. Väldigt lyhört och hur var det med 18 årsgräns för gäster,det kom både barnfamiljer yngre tonåringar. MVH Mats och Janet

I was pleasently surprised how clean the property was it had everything you could need and more had a kitchen that i did not expect even a washer amazing I will and definitely recommend this prooerty and i am looking for my next holiday to there again All i can say is book it book book it

Couple of issues but ok stay
The day before check in received an email stating if I wanted to use the pool it would be a 10 euro a day charge or if I wanted to pay for all the days I would get 50% off! There was no mention of this charge when booking. Upon check in the lady didn't speak any English so I was unaware if I came back late I would need a code to get into the property so had to call them to gain access (lucky I had my phone on me). Bed was located right next to balcony so noisy in the mornings. Other than these issues you get what you pay for and was an ok stay.

Great hidden gem
This place is literally 30 seconds from the train station. Host was polite and friendly. Nothing appeared to be too much. Would definitely stay here again. Close to several bars and restaurants but no noise
