“Everything about Jefferson House was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of Connecticut adjoining a state park. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large island for dining. The bed, pillows and living room furnishings were very comfortable. The house was well up-to-date with two TVs, a charging device with multiple cords, a double oven (!), and countless thoughtful touches. I cannot recommend it highly enough!”

“I try to come up to Connecticut at least once a year if possible and this really worked out perfect for me first floor no steps easy to bring luggage in very comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay there again.”

“Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. ”

“There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. “The bungalow is in a great location - close to I84 and West Hartford center. The kitchen had a lot of great appliances to make cooking easy. The coffee pot was a Keurig/carafe combo - which we really liked. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the front porch. We would definitely stay her again!”
