“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”

“Overall another good stay here, Mixed views on staff with most really welcoming and friendly while some are simply professional. Rooms are good but could do with some TLC due to worn paint work, window cleaning etc. Really good offering for breakfast. Overall good and would happily stay again.”
