“Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back.

“Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption!
Ssuberkeit: Zimmerboden wirkte nicht sauber und war auch nicht komplett gesaugt. Zimmer und Boden wurden während des mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, ebensowenig die Handtücher gewechselt.
Betzwäsche und Bad incl. Handtücher waren sauber, ebenso der Gemeinschafts-/ Frühstücksbereich.”

“Super friendly staff! We were there from the US to meet family we found through ancestry. It was really special and the staff were so nice to us and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate! Beautiful property, incredible location and the room was really nice.”
