“Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. “Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. ”

“There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though. ”

The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. ”
