“Basic room. Nice and clean. Great staff. Ideally a room with a little place to cook would have been better for our needs but it was manageable. ”

“Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. “Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. A very short drive to Toukley where we enjoyed coffee and scenic lake walks.”

“Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. ”

“From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. ”

“Most amazing Seaview from the room. Literally, you can see the surf lying on the bed. Room was larger and spacious than the most.”

“An adequate facility for an overnight stay for a traveler or road trip. Well placed in a quieter area close to parklands and dining areas. Limited in room facilities which is why i would recommend for overnight stop and not a holiday venue, but it is clean and tidy and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.”

“There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though. ”
