“Thank you Encore for 2 beautiful days. This is the second time coming. My parents throughly enjoyed their stay. I can’t fault this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing and everything is a breeze. The rooms are neat and clean. ”

“I checked in at 10:00pm after a long day of travel. Very loud music was coming into my room from the bar. I was told it would continue until about 3:00am. There were earplugs on the bedside table, which means to me they know it's a problem they have! It was late, I was exhausted, traveling alone, and nothing nearby had availability at an affordable price. I did not sleep at all. If I had known this would be happening I would never have booked!”

“Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. ”
