The Cozy Lodge is ideal for a leisure stay, visiting friends or family, or for a business trip (close to Airbus, Purpan, Blagnac Airport, Zenith, Cité de l'Espace, Stade Ernest Wallon, and Toulouse Stadium). Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Lalande district in northern Toulouse, you can get there by car (easy access via the ring road, exit 12) or by public transport, bus, or metro (line B, La Vache station). Francis can, upon request, pick you up from the airport or train station. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. For leisure activities, you can walk or cycle along the banks of the Canal de Garonne, access Sesquières Lake (4km) and its water sports centered around the two Wampark ski lifts, stroll to the Argoulets sports and leisure center (5.5km), relax at the Calicéo aquatic fitness center in L'Union (7.5km), or attend a rugby match at Stade Toulousain (5km)! We also recommend visiting Toulouse and taking cruises on the Garonne and the Canal de Brienne, a unique way to discover the Pink City... The 85 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the owners' house and offers a perfect setting for relaxing with its large 20 m² covered terrace and spacious living room. Access is via the internal staircase shared with the guest rooms. It is composed of an entrance, a 50m² living room including a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fitted kitchen and a dining area opening onto the covered terrace, a suite composed of a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A 2nd bedroom equipped with a 160cm double bed is available. Separate toilet. Wifi or wired internet access. Reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.
