“After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. They cleared up the issue and provided further information to ensure we would not be taken advantage of further. Every staff member from bartender to bell hop was courteous and helpful. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptional. “It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.”

“Fitness center was open 24hrs, good variety of equipment, entire property was well-maintained. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views. Conveniently located to lots of food options, museums, and attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive.”

“Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”
