“2 nights stay was perfect. Hotel staff was really helpful before and during the stay, suggesting and booking activities/restaurants for us. There an exclusive ski cabin very close to the slopes that it's useful to leave all the equipment. The newly opened SPA is highly recommended. Dined at the restaurant for dinner, also a really nice experience.”

“Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole; personale squisitamente cortese e disponibile; struttura di recente ristrutturazione, camere confortevoli e ben pulite; ampia scelta per la prima colazione e cibo di ottima qualità; per chi ama sciare, posizione un poco lontana dagli impianti (si trova all'inizio del paese) ma i servizi navetta dell'hotel sono davvero comodi soprattutto il deposito sci praticamente adiacente agli impianti di risalita.”

“la reception non è stata competente per check out , ha richiesto il pagamento al cliente quando la camera era già stata pagata da agenzia, che è dovuta intervenire almeno 3 volte. Mi domando se fosse stata domenica e l'agenzia fosse stata chiusa come poteva risolversi il problema del pagamento, il cliente avrebbe dovuto fare un doppio pagamento? Queste situazioni sono alquanto sgradevoli !”

“Whatever you remember about youth hostels, this ain't it. Modern, clean, not cheap (it's Switzerland), and it has a very nice wellness spa for a rather reasonable additional charge. Food is good but not fancy, and staff were extremely helpful. The only glitch was that I booked this stay with OneKeyCash, and hotels.com (i.e., expedia) took my money and gave me a receipt showing no balance due, but then didn't actually pay the hostel! “There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. ”
