“Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. ”

“Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Fajardo Inn. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The coffee bar as well. Our favorite part were the pools. Highly recommend!”

“This is a great option for the money! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The only drawback was the amount of mold on the shower curtain and the pillows smelled like mold. I imagaine this is a common issue in humid environments but something to consider when booking. ”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. “The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”
