“Heat didn’t work in the room, my daughter was cold so I had to call for extra blankets because none in the room. Room was dirty and check-in took over an hour because they only had 2 people working. Kids running/screaming the halls all hours of the night.”

Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor.
