“Amazing hotel ”

“Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again.”

“Location was great. Street parking. Our room was perfect for the two of us. The pool was awesome.”

“The property smelled of mildew. The rooms felt old and not well kept. The windows were filthy. Shower had hair in it.”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“Beautiful hotel but you’ll quickly realize how unorganized it is. Also our SHARED balcony door didn’t have a lock, and the bathroom door didn’t close. We had to wait around not once but twice when we tried to check in. When we finally checked in there was no one behind the desk and we had to wait for the next staff member to come into work.. apparently it was the persons last day and she left earlier than she was supposed to and didn’t even tell anyone. “Sono stato in questo ostello un paio di notti, la posizione è un po' distante dal quartiere francese ma collegata molto bene. La struttura è molto organizzata con eventi e tour inoltre è molto pulita e c'è tutto quello che serve per passare un bel soggiorno.”

“La guest house e in una buona struttura ordinata e pulita, la location e discreta si va in centro città con i mezzi e volendo anche con una passeggiata (lunga ma fattibile), considerati i prezzi degli hotel in centro e un ottimo compromesso. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno si e verificato un problema tecnico alla struttura (e' tutto totalmente automatizzato) e siamo rimasti bloccati fuori dall'edificio di notte durante un forte temporale. “The staff was great. The ice machine did not work in my building. I had to ask for extra towels. I used a small towel the first night to clean up a spill, left it on the floor, and it stayed there for the 4 days I was there. No soap dish by the sink, and they never cleaned up the soap residue left from using the soap. Overall, it's quiet with comfortable rooms.”
