“Staff was great. Hotel clean and room were nice.”

“The hotel is beautiful, with a good location in the Garden District. The room was ok but we found hair on the walls of the shower, like they had cleaned only the base. When we told the reception a girl answered that the cleaners where gone for the day so they could do nothing. That I didn’t like at all, what was I supposed to do? Not shower until the next day? Luckily the responsible of the cleaning staff did come when we insisted, but still the first answer was abominable.”

“Sono stato in questo ostello un paio di notti, la posizione è un po' distante dal quartiere francese ma collegata molto bene. La struttura è molto organizzata con eventi e tour inoltre è molto pulita e c'è tutto quello che serve per passare un bel soggiorno.”

“This is one of most charming hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was well appointed, super clean, quiet and bathroom was terrific—huge with nice quality sundries. The staff could not have nicer, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The coffee service in the morning was a standout, and little extras like cookies and wine and cheese were very much appreciated. This feels more like a small boutique hotel than one affiliated with a large brand like Hyatt. We would 100% stay again next time...

“The staff is awesome as well as Common House staff. If you have any issues they will solve it. We couldn’t find the address which our GPS issue. The staff stood outside and also help up park. It truly a home from home on steroids. We walked a couple block and saw some of the best art work. The entire environment is about love and prosperity. I never saw a negative spirit while I was there.”
