“The staff at the Alder is above and beyond! Roomy rooms. One pointer. Ask for a room that doesn’t face front. There is a home full of roosters across the street and you get woken up at 5 a.m. or better yet bring a sound machine!”

“The property is in a great location! The trolley stop is right out front, and Magazine St. is a short walk (a few blocks). There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast is more of a coffee and bagel stop. Although there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt available, I wouldn't call this a buffet under any circumstances. “Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.”

“Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!”

Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. “The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

“We had such a great, relaxing stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Every detail inside and out was gorgeous. We fully enjoyed having a drink out on the patio area right after we checked in and staying up late at the bar and talking to the guy who managed the property. “Location in the Garden District was perfect. All the staff was attentive and helpful. The men who manned the valet desk were super. They were very helpful in helping us with restaurants and other helpful directions. RJ - gentleman in the morning was super!! Enjoyed my conversation with him.
