“Bed comfort. ”

“The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

“Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut). ”

“The host never communicated with me after I booked on Orbitz. I was left outside of the property with my son late at night after traveling all day with no way to get inside. I had to make other arrangements at the last minute because the host did not answer my multiple requests for help. Nothing, ever, no information. Do not book this property.”

“Had a great stay whilst at the property. The flat is lovely and in really good condition. Checking in came with some confusion due to the wrong door code being given but all sorted once we contacted the landlord. My only gripe is that upon leaving we were sent a final message with new instructions not stated in the listing or booking about the state the room needs to be left in. “Property was very nice and well situated for visiting national trust properties and local attractions. The kitchen is very limited in cooking options and need more typical utensils such as scissors, spatula, egg splicer etc. hard to cook meals.Bed mattress were soft and limited bedding.House could do with a good clean as cobwebs inside the house.”

“The property is well kept and clean, it is within 15minutes walking distance to rhe train station and really appreciated there being a few biscuits cereal and even milk in the fridge upon arrival. Communication waa great. The property managwment evwn allowed us to borrow umbrellas which we were extremely grateful for. Would recommended again”
