“Lovely place but no beer in the bar and neither was the restaurant open in the evening”

“We stayed at Heythrop Park over the Easter weekend. The hotel is beautiful and big. Our room was in a perfect location near in the North wing and we were very close to their spa facilities. There was no information saying we had to check-in at a different location. This is what we were informed by reception at North wing. Never managed to figure that out!! “Spectacular. property and location. We slept in the 16th century building. The room super big, with an amazing view on the British country side. Bathroom extrememelly specious and with a wonderful bath tub The location is just wonderful. immersed in the country side Absolutely perfect stay. 10 ++++++ ”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from...
