“A nice peaceful spot to rest and relax”

“When we arrived at Mozaik Motel, we were told that she couldn't find our reservation, there was no computer in front of her, and said they have been having issues with Expedia reservations and couldn't see it. We were redirected to their sister motel, Beach Club Motel, just across the street. The outside looks promising and nice. We paid the same as the price I was given on my reservation which I know was a cheap price but it's 5mins by car to where we will be going. And of course we used...

“The room had a "No Smoking" sign, and the moment I opened it, it smelled of cigarettes. The night I was there, some people were shouting and slamming doors; it wasn't pleasant at all. The facilities are very old.”

“Everything you would need there is provided. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. They are also onsite and more than happy to help make your stay the best it can be. Would definitely return”

“Supper clean room. They clean daily. Other hotels seem to clean every other or every 3 days. Room facilities are great.”

“Beautiful property and walking distance to great bars and restaurants in Collingwood. The wine bar located in the hotel is very convenient and has great snacks and drinks when you want to unwind between activities.”

“Camera ampia, immacolata e arredata con gusto e stile. La presenza di un vero giradischi è stata un tocco in più! Letti ampi e comodi, per un sonno eccellente. L'area intorno è molto tranquilla e ci sono diversi cafè e ristoranti per pasti e colazioni. Lo staff cortese e disponibile. Ottima base per esplorare Collingwood e le Blue Mountains (a soli 15min di strada). Consigliatissimo!”

“The room was very outdated. Had a bit of a musty smell. The windows were strange, they opened inwards and they were taped closed except for one. The screen needed to be cleaned. However the bathroom was very clean and bright and the bedding was also clean and fresh so for a place to crash for one night it will do.”

“Have stayed here several times and each time have not been disappointed. This time was in one of the rooms at the back. Found it a little dark but really wasn't there much during the day. The parking is a little narrow even with a smalll car when reversing out of the spot.”

“The staff were very friendly and the building was well maintained. I thought it might be a new motel because everything looked so nice, so I was surprised when they said it was 20 years old! It's modern, clean, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Clean spacious room. Mini fridge and microwave were useful and coffee in the foyer.”

“It was very difficult to get to the main lobby because of the retirement living on floors 1-4. We had to go out the back entrance and go around the hotel to get to amenities (front desk, indoor pool). We also asked the front desk for a couple of glasses for our room they said they would send them up we never received them. They room itself was clinical no decorations no lamps. The bathroom was ok. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.”
