“The rooms had a musty smell. Mattress and pillows were musty smelling, the mattress pad probably needed to be washed along with pillows. The chair and foot stool could use a cleaning too. Otherwise it was clean. ”

“The pool was closed all weekend, leaving guests without access. Breakfast was quite limited, offering only oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and some fruit, much of which was already gone. The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick. The gym door had no handle, making access difficult. Many utilities were in poor condition, and the hotel’s numerous potted...

“Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was OK. There was stuff in the fridge that you could heat up in the microwave. The staff were OK. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK.”

“All staff was great. Property was clean. Biggest complaint was pool temperature was too cold and the little splash area pool was completely shut.”

“First hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have a blow dryer in the room. No one was ever at the front desk to ask if one was available. There was medical tape to keep the curtain closed. The windows look if they have never been cleaned.”

“Breakfast was very good, room clean, staff great, parking great. Good easy location to get to from interstate. I found the bed to be little too firm for me but otherwise great place to stay. Would highly recommend. ”
