“The location was great for access to Foxboro, Providence and Boston. The room was clean, staff were friendly. One of the two elevators was not operating; otherwise, everything was great.”

“If I could give a negative. The rooms were not clean, bedsheets had stains and there was hair on the pillows. We had to leave and find another hotel. This was our first time booking this hotel chain and it’s our last.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“The room i stayed in the sheets were stained, looked like people had sex on the bed and the bed was just remade, the room had bugs one the way up the stairs were remains of weed cigarettes, towels looked used, my room was changed not any better and remote not in room for tv. Slept reluctantly on top of bed and put shirt on top of pillows to sleep. Didn't sleep at all. Person at front desk aid that the housekeepers are not very good said ill look for a room that "may" be better. WILL NOT EVER GO...

“Great building and entrance, staff helped me right away to get checked in and the room was great and clean the kitchen in my room was very helpful, breakfast was also very good and lots of variety!!”

“Poor communication from the outset. I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner.
