“L'albergo si trova a ridosso della strada e pertanto è estremamente rumoroso. Durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell'intero albergo. Pur di non chiudere per un breve periodo hanno raccolto tutti gli ospiti su tre piani mentre nei piani superiori e inferiori c'era un continuo frastuono per il rifacimento delle camere. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e' insufficiente.”

“Hotel meraviglioso, paragonabile ad un ottimo 4 stelle, tutto nuovo come da foto. Quartiere centrale ma poco turistico, con pochi centesimi di taxi arriverete nelle zone principali. Il problema sono una parte degli ospiti non occidentali, poco inclini alla buona educazione. Personale gentilissimo. Portatevi il phon che l’hotel ne è completamente sprovvisto. In complesso consigliato.”

“My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. “I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

“camere piccole( avevamo la migliore, superior) niente finestre ( una presa aria condizionatore 1 uscita aria bagno non chiudibile) poca pulizia, asciugamani vetusti e a richiesta, arredi consumati, biancheria da letto e cuscini non propriamente puliti,risorante su tetto sotto telone pvc, buon cibo buon rapporto prezzo , buona scelta (piatti indiani)ma curato al minimo indispensabile. posizione comoda sia per girare a piedi (vicino crawford market circa 1km) sia per prendere taxi....
