“So when I checked in I was made aware that there was no heat in the building due to an explosion in a power plant but was told there is hot water from a temporary water heater, next morning no hot water for showers very disappointed i wasn’t made aware of the issue before hand so I could have found an alternative hotel.”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke.
