Hotel vicino a Village Common - Sturbridge

“The property is dated but clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Country Motor Lodge which is on a hill above the main property. For the young a short walk to the restaurant, for us a car ride. The restaurant was excellent. We were there to attend a 70th High School reunion lunch. The food and attention to detail was excellent.”

“No working ice machine on my whole stay and hot tub not in use ..that's an amenity I came for is my back psyiatic nerve and it says it working but staff said no hot tub 😂”

“No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all.”

“I didn’t get the room that I paid for and then after I mentioned that I was in the wrong room for some reason every time I left my room and I came back to the hotel. My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for”

“advertised continental breakfast when we went in there were two bananas one apple pre-packaged plain bagels and a couple of mini muffins. the room was dusty with con webs on tje light fixtures. the soap dish in the ahower was broken and still stuck to the shower walls,”

“The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent, AC effective. Some street noise (my room was close to the street). Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again.”

“Other than being outdated, the room was nice and very clean. It also smelled nice. It was very quiet. Staff was very helpful. I would def stay again.”

“Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition.”

“Smell was not good in room . Sorry I had to leave shortly after checking in .”

“The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in room #3 and it was very nice. The breakfast consisted of only a cranberry muffin and Keurig coffee. Most restaurants and businesses in and around the town are closed on Monday and Tuesday.”
