Hotel a Town of Essex

“i pay for exact amount with deposit of $200 but i don’t find secured , there are people surround me an when i’m about to check out i was looking for the extra card but i dont find it and the cleaner said thats ok you can leave? is it obvious that i present only 1 card they dont ask me were i put … cause i know i need to pay for the card when i lost it… how can the hotel give access to somebody don’t allowed to enter …”

“We stayed a week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The suites are large very well appointed both bathroom and kitchen (stovetop, large microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, sink). The staff were extremely professional and incredibly competent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our stay. “Rooms were clean, bed was squeaky and was quiet at nighttime but other guests were not very quiet in the early morning. Fridge and microwave and plenty of coffee in the room and parking at the door was great. Walking distance to downtown area of shops and restaurants .”

Breakfast hours could be a little better. 6am-9am only, at least go to 10am. Our room definitely could use some updating. All of the wall outlets were very loose as in wiggly in the walls and loose as in our phone chargers kept falling out of the socket. There weren’t many outlet choices, we had to unplug things to charge our phones. No USB or c-charger...

“Great location, right in the middle of town. Able to walk to many restaurants. Right next door is Jim's Sub Shop - great breakfast served. Staff at hotel very friendly, knowledgeable about recommendations. Loved the casual vibe of the hotel, including the decor. Lovely to have tea and coffee available all day. Nespresso machines in each room is a plus. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Large room, space for 2 armchairs in front of the TV in our room. Parking is public parking...

“Unique building. Room was very large. Bed was very firm, honestly i would even say it was more hard than firm. Quite uncomfortable”
