“Room was very clean. Breakfast was good”

“Tipico hotel negli Stati Uniti. Camera grande, letti comodi e grandi, spazio a volontà. Bagno nella media quindi ok. Come quasi tutti gli hotel da me visitati, la colazione (anche se compresa) è un po' limitata. Ma non si può avere tutto. ”

“Place was a dump! Definitely not worth the hundreds a night it was! The egg patties were hard, the gym is a storage unit and was unavailable. The room was dirty feeling. Got the suite with the room spa and the spa tub was gross! I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that didn’t even help much just made me feel a tiny bit better knowing I cleaned it! There were young adult friends of the worker hanging out in the front lobby being loud! Maybe they lived there? The hall...

“The check-in staff lady was helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The parking was convenient, well lit. Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine. We were hesitant to stay in the room, over night, but had no other choice as we were in town for ECU graduation. “All of the front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The fitness center was thoughtfully designed, recently renovated (equipment even smelled new!), & had a decent balance of cardio + strength equipment. Two of the most pleasant surprises were (1) the full-size fridge + freezer, as well as (2) the outdoor grilling area. Would be great for a large group gathering & social event. We were there for a concert in town and would totally return!”

“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“Pool was broke, I was very disappointed. They charge 100.00 deposit which is ridiculous for 2 elderly people. Breakfast was good. I would not stay there again.”

“We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. The gentleman at the check-in counter was especially professional and welcoming. The only small issue was that one of the extra sheets for the couch bed had a stain on it. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ve had a few not-so-great experiences during past visits, but this time definitely restored our trust. We’re really glad we gave this hotel another chance, and we’ll be happy to stay again. Thank you!”

“When I first got here, the smell was bad. The microwave didn’t work and I had to check the mattresses for bedbugs, but the roaches were pretty bad unless you have it cold in here.”
