“Great hotel for stop over enroute to putter banks. Only down side is limited restaurants close by. Breakfast was amazing though”

“We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. “My bathtube was dirty unless it was stained and the jacuzzi jets were not working and it was the one thing we were all looking fwd to. The front desk was awesome, very friendly. 10/10. The eggs were terrible, tasted like fake eggs for breakfast. Everything else was great.”

“I was impressed right away with this place. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. And then when I got into my room, it smelled so fresh and good. Probably the first time I ever checked into a hotel room and it didn't have that hotel smell, but the stay was awesome and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was really good. “Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t like being wakened up every morning at 9am by housekeepers trying to get in the room. I wish they were aware that I was staying for a week and that I would inform the front desk if I needed anything ahead of time. Overall my stay was pretty good.”

“While the room was clean and well kept, there was an excessive amount of moisture in the room. Maybe the carpets had been cleaned earlier. They didn't seem damp but again, moisture in the room was excessive. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.”
