“My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. ”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door was broken, and overall cleanliness was just terrible. It got to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable...

“We've stayed here several times a year for years but unfortunately I think it's time to find another place..the first room has a HUGE what looked to be like a pee stain on the bed with a dirty fridge followed by not one but TWO spiders ending up in my hair..I called the front desk about the bed and I was told to come get new sheets so I can change them?? NOPE..then the pool area had big balls of hair around and IN the pool..complained to front desk that maybe the filters in the pool weren't...

“Noise policy was questionable. Awake from 2-5 am because of room next door returning from casino and yelling for 3 hours. Front desk was not helpful. ”
