Checking in was not pleasant with front desk Estella, no smile, not friendly, very boring, no welcome, looks like she needs lot of training in hospitality n customer service, all my 9 days stay i use to see her but no greetings nor smile, but rest of the staff was too good, very helpful. When i was booking my stay i always ask for smoke free n pet free room coz of my allergies, she puts me in smoking room where i cud not...

“I had a short stay in Las Vegas at a time where vacancy was limited through out the city. This hotel is close to the airport and away from the chaos of the strip, just like I was hoping. The mavericks gas station next door came in handy for some late night items. My experience was pleasant. The hotel and my room were clean, not outdated.
