There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice”

“The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

“We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down..”
