“I stayed here with my family for a night and overall a good experience. I’ll stay with the good and then opportunities. The hotel itself, the room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast which always appreciated. The parking conditions are great and it’s free. Much appreciated. On the flip side, the toilet got clogged as we were there. I called front desk and was told to go get a plunger since there wasn’t anyone in staff that could do anything about it. I...

“spacious rooms, great linens, older facility with amenities. clean except the bathroom floor, where the bottom of the bath mat was very soiled when wet from my shower. needed mopping more than sweeping I would stay here again. ”

“Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. “The property is noisy due to the traffic, also, my room had a heavy dog smell in one of the beds. No dogs should be alloud in certain rooms and dog must not use a bed to sleep.”

“My room was not cleaned properly but my linens were fresh. The mirror was spotty and there were grains of dirt and maybe crumbs on the floors and everything was so dusty, especially the clock by the bed and on top of the fridge. The computer chair was old and had a big hole in it. But if the room had been cleaned properly I would have fully enjoyed my stay. ”

“We stopped here on the way home from spring break and booked solely on the indoor pool amenity so our kids could burn some energy. We rated this on the lower side strictly due to the pool being ice cold - so cold our children’s lips were turning color. Otherwise, the staff was nice and our room was clean. ”
