When I mentioned it to the front desk, they informed me that the room staff had went home for the night. I also retold front desk the next day, demanded the room to be clean when I did speak to a staff member the next day, they instructed that I should have been able to change rooms however still nothing done for my inconvenience. “The first assigned room smelled terrible and had a stain on the bedding. The room we stayed in was only slightly better. The bathroom was disgusting-toilet wobbled and not secure, used bandaid behind the door, desk chair was filthy and old. Breakfast was limited to sugar cereal and waffles. I will NEVER stay here again.”

I paid for a room with 2 beds, I got charged for that but ended up with only 1 bed. That charge is now being disputed by my credit card now.
