“The room was missing a mini-fridge and a microwave.”

“Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice”

“Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.”

“The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

“This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there”

“I stayed at this hotel for one day and had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. They provided plenty of fresh towels, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“For the price, it was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice location, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I wouldn't have an issue staying there again.”

“The floor in room 211 has some cracks and no stopper for the tub to take a bath. Other than that, it was good”

“Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. “The TV and phone was not working. They switched our room TV and phone that room did not work. I sat on the bed not comfortable. I looked down and where the carpet meets wall was disgusting. It was like Moldy looking and dirty. I took pictures so they couldn’t deny it. This was not a pleasant hotel at all. When we were leaving, two other customers were leaving stating their room was dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all.”

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. “Rooms need to be update blankets and towels were stained. My blanket literally had a hole in it. The fire alarm battery needs to be change. It started to beep on my last day fortunately it was a few hours prior to leaving.”
