The apartment itself is beautiful, and we really appreciated the location, with easy access to great cafés and local amenities.There were, however, a few issues we feel are worth mentioning:•There was no hot water on Christmas night, which continued for approximately 48 hours.•The second bedroom did not have a mattress protector, so we needed to purchase one.•Only one set of keys was provided for accommodation hosting six adults, which was difficult to manage.•Some pillow protectors were noticeably stained.•The sheets in the main bedroom did not appear clean on arrival.•The door handles to both bathrooms were broken and could not be closed properly. We bought a tool and fixed them ourself.•A gym was advertised but not available — it may be worth updating the website information.•Beach towels were advertised /listed but not provided.•There were no tea towels supplied.We share this feedback in the hope it helps improve the experience for future guests.
