“This place is truly exceptional !!!! All the staffs are very very helpful and they are always there for any needs. Especially, Taeyang Jang & Muzuka?(at the Chinese restaurant) were just so great!! Also, the ladies at the reservation center arranged our restaurant bookings amazingly! Our group was very large (15 people) but every single person had great memories here. I travel all around the world but this hotel is in every way perfect. ”

“We stayed 3 nights in Ki Niseko Hotel in a mini one bedroom apartment with a view of Mount Yotei this summer. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants in town and opposite our favourite town coffee shop in Rhythms where they made great coffee, fresh smoothies and veggie sausage rolls! “Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...

“The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was a lack of their own transportation around town. ”
