“We were travelling from England via Vancouver. I would like to see a policy for early arrivals who have appointments near the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived very early at 1.00pm, We were not offered a place to store our luggage or freshen up. We returned at 3.00pm and our room was still not available. Finally we were given another room where we could quickly freshen up before leaving for our 4.00pm. meeting. Many opportunities lost...having a drink in the bar or tea in the...
