“I didn't know they had a car service which was very helpful. I used it to get to and then back from the Scandinave spa. It was easy and such a great help.”

“Lovely setting by the ski hill/ bike park depending on the season (check dates as to what is open). The one bedroom suite was quite spacious and loved it had a balcony. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Was surprised at the bike storage being basic racks in the underground parking area, not the most secure. You’re not allowed to bring bikes or ski equipment into your room. Would expect a better system ( eg individual lockable storage units… had that at a hotel in Whistler BC) given Fernie is such...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful with information. However the swimming pool was closed on June 12 which was surprising since other hotel pools were open and it was almost 30 degrees outside. The beds and fold out couches were not great to sleep on unfortunately. For the price we paid per night, the sleep was uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.”
