“Camera molto pulita, non molto grande ma essenziale, doccia molto grande. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Servizio the e caffè americano disponibile h24; nonostante non avessi la colazione inclusa al mattino mettono a disposizione per tutti in reception croissant vuoti, alla marmellata, alle mandorle e al cioccolato. Zona di Little Italy sicura e collegamenti alla metro a distanza di 5 minuti a piedi. CONSIGLIATO.”

“We loved our stay at this hotel, it’s wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the double room suite that had two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen) separated by a hallway with a bathroom. The atmosphere at the hotel was fabulous, it’s a hotel where you’re just as happy staying in as venturing out. The service was also excellent. The hotel is also in a great location. It’s very close to Russ and Daughters and the Tenement Museum which were both on our list. Also...

“Booked within two weeks to come to NYC for my friend's birthday, who always wanted to see the Christmas lights of the city. As someone who previously worked in hotels in Sales, I had a perfect stay. The room was amazing! Loved that it had many plug outlets available for use, and the corner room had a panoramic view overlooking the city. We opened the curtains, and chose to keep them open for the duration of our stay to look out at the lights of the city at night. Loved using the keypad for room...

“The hotel is ok, for a 4 star hotel I was expecting something better to be honest. Our room was quite little and we find a leftover in the fridge from some previous customers. Mistaking is human, the room was clean compared to NY standard but I’m not sure we’ll come back. The location is ok, Chinatown can be quite busy and smelly. ”

“Moxy è una catena fantastica, ma ho provato hotel di Moxy migliori di questo. Comunque sia un hotel bello, con colazione, con molti confort e in una posizione perfetta. Carente un po’ nella Comunicazione del personale: poco sorridente, sempre indaffarato, e i costi non sempre chiari ”

“Hotel con stupenda vista panoramica su Manhattan, ma purtroppo il servizio dell'hotel non è all'altezza della location e soprattutto del prezzo che si paga. Abbiamo preso una bella suite composta da una camera, bagno, un soggiorno e un grande terrazzo, e il secondo giorno (un sabato) sono state fatte le pulizie solo in camera senza passare in bagno e soggiorno lasciando asciugamani sporchi e tazze del caffè usate. La cosa più sorprende è che il giorno successivo (domenica) rientriamo in stanza...
