“Location could hardly be better, this is an old-styile hotel in a historic building and my room was very spacious. I liked everything about the place except the fact that - having showed up at 13.30 - I wasn't able to take possession of my room until 15.00, but I guess I can accept their explanation that there had been a large group the previous day and everyone check out at 12”
