Pacchetti vacanze in Contea di Transylvania

Horrible staff they lied when I checked in the room I reserved was not available. They checked me into an incorrect room. I had to walk back to the front desk and let them know they had done it and all they said to me as we have nothing else available.

Rooms and all were clean but shower door bottom and jacuzzi jets needed to be scrubbed as both had mold on them. Other than that it was a great trip. Views were excellent and very relaxing.

At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the room was poorly maintained, featuring worn furniture, unusable furniture, lack of storage in the rooms and bathroom, and severe dust from the blinds and sofa that triggered allergies. The decor was completely like one's first rented apartment with friends filled with furniture that someone else discarded in the alley. Most chairs were unusable, or uncomfortable, and the bureau drawers were dirty and musty. The sofa is a safety issue. Room and Main building are very dated.

Great location. Downtown very close by as well as local stores and amenities. The host, Sarah, was lovely, helpful and very accommodating. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the Asheville area.

The staff were extremely helpful. The Inn was very close to a number of restaurants. The breakfast at the Inn was excellent.
