“Beautiful location and nice hotel, but has some management issues and hit my 3 strike rule. 1. Hot tub wasn’t working and smelled like algae. 2. A/C was not working in the fitness center. 3. Breakfast was sparse to begin with and they were also out of a lot of items. A bad breakfast is just a deal breaker for me.”

I said, it's not on Expedia and I even had a message exchange with the host - they did not mention anything there. Still they refused to honor anything and continued.”
