Hotel a Cedar Mountain

“We had a clean room and the bathroom was immaculate. The mattress, however was not ok”

“Mountain Inn is awesome, the people that work here are beyond nice make you feel at home. The Inn itself is Beautiful the rooms are very very nice, I have a pitbull and they make her feel very welcome, and that’s the most important thing to me. This is the best place to get a room in all of Hendersonville NC I highly recommend this Inn itself a 10+”

“The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast options were great. Bonus having Mexican restaurant right there.”

“Loved our stay my only complaint is the parking - It’s either $50 a day for valet or $30 a day for self parking that turns over at 5a so you’re paying for at minimum 2 days. Also getting to the parking with luggage is a nightmare”

“The hotel was great. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was exceptional. My little great granddaughter got sick and needed extra towels and they brought them within 5 minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better stay and service.”

“B/fast menu was fresh, did have to ask staff to re plenish a couple items a couple of times. Felt safe, it was quiet, conveniently located. Bed was comfortable. Floors were not spotless but ok. Was my third time staying there”

“My room phone was inoperable. Could not set up a wake up call or call if emergency. My alarm clock was dead, useless. No time, no alarm. No excuse for these two items to be broken. It says a lot about management.”

“3 nights at hotel was horrible the sink was clogged up requested to be fixed , also the refrigerator sounded horrible all night couldn’t rest at all there was no dead bolt on room 114 came back that afternoon they put one on and 2 night had to change my room !! Very horrible wouldn’t recommend to nobody !! Run for your life !!”

“Our room had the previous guests hair still on the counter, floor and sheets. Even with the “do not disturb” hanger on the door, the cleaning crew stood outside of our door and swept the wall, yes, the wall, for at least 15 minutes. Mind you, it was before 9am. After saying something to the front desk staff, we were told that cleaning and keeping the hotel clean were their top priorities. ”
