“We arrived and checked in properly, that’s where the positives end for this property. Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. She provided 2 options, a fan or installation of a window unit. She continually indicated...

“Room was clean and comfortable with a bit of a mountain view. Motel is a bit older but owners have been updating rooms nicely. Could do a better job with pest control. There were some large unidentifiable bugs that someone smashed on the walls…and housekeeping left them there…twice. I was bitten by something while sleeping, so that was a bit annoying. The mountains have plenty of pests, so maybe that’s to be expected. ”
