“We only stayed for a couple days for a tournament my boys were in. We liked the location and there were mixed reviews so we thought we'd take a chance, since the other hotels we would've preferred were sold out. Upon entering our room we were surprised that the tv was already on. The door to our room didnt have a full seal around it,so we could see light all around it from outside. The window blind didn't cover the entire window,so there was light coming from each side..and it was unsettling bc...

“The staff was professional and kind. I was exhausted from traveling when I arrived. Check-in was effortless; app was not working. Good location close to food establishments. I did not eat breakfast this stay. I checked out; forgot my phone charger. I was surprised that it was turned in to lost and found by the housekeeper. I had time to retrieve it prior to leaving the city. I would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment.”

“The price was extremely affordable, but as the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for.” The smoke detector was completely off the wall and on the furniture stand. The tiles in the floor next to the bed were broken. The towels weren’t “dirty,” but “dingy:” they appeared clean but “well used.” I didn’t take any chances on the bed. Instead of taking advantage of the full night I booked, I drove 2 hours home in the middle of the night.”

“The owner was very welcoming and the property was very clean. Staff were nice! I will come here every time I visit Maryland.”

“$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre....
