This was a great place for 4 adults. There was plenty of space for us to each have some privacy, but get together for meals. The management company is excellent. Troy checked in and made sure everything was satisfactory at check-in and throughout our stay.

We came to TC for a girls trip and this was perfect for what we needed for 7 ladies. It was adorably decorated and the bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Very easy to check in, parking was ample and safe and we were able to walk to a CVS and some of the bars/restaurants in the area and right down the street from the water. Communication with the host was great, easy check in as well. I left a very expensive retainer and they found it for me and even shipped it to me as well which was VERY appreciated! Would highly recommend this to anyone with a big group, or rent half the house for a smaller group. Thank you for a fun stay!

Lovely old house, fun decor, comfy beds. Some things didn’t work - the dishwasher latch was broken, light bulbs missing from lamps, fridge temp adjustment was hard to figure out (it was not very cold when we arrived), the fire pit/table was not for guests use (why is it there..). We would stay there again if these things were fixed. It didn’t ruin our trip. Troy was quick to respond to our queries.

Troy was really wonderful to work with and responded to questions immediately. The house is two levels with two bedrooms on each level, completely separated or used together. We rented both, both were cute and fun, well stocked and clean.The inside of the house is WAY nicer than the outside but it was early April and yards are not looking the best then. Parking was easy and convenient, The house made you feel welcome, the effort to make it clean and welcoming shows and we all wished we were staying for more than one night.We would all stay there again and are recommending it to our friends who travel north. Thank you Troy for a fabulous night!

The duplex was accurate to description and close to so many places- beach, restaurants, stores, breweries, etc.! The communication before the stay was great and check-in and check-out was simple. The need for communication during the stay wasn’t necessary for our group, so we were very pleased overall with everything this home and owner had to offer.

A great rental for a long weekend. A close walk to downtown with restaurants, stores, banks, etc. close by. Beds were very comfortable. It is an older house so was hard to Regulate temperature! Overall a great experience
