“The location was perfect for access into Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We finished off our stay with a lovely breakfast.”

“Location was great and the room was enormous. Very generous draws and furniture and they went for a mid-century look but it felt like it came from an op shop. The shower was over the bath and would be difficult for an older person. Little by way of shelving in the bathroom. Walls were marked and in some places the carpet worn. While there is a lift there are stairs up and down on each level to get to your room. The curtains were well short of blackout. Overall at 3 star hotel at a 4 star price....

“The room was lovely and spacious with places to relax. We loved the pool and the spa tub and the gym is well equipped. We ate at the hotel at night and the food was delicious, reasonably priced and service from all the staff was excellent too, we'll be back!”
