“The apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it. “Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. “Location of apartment can’t be beat - very central for walking and across from a metro entrance. Great that it has an elevator. Host is responsive to messages. Monoprix steps away if you want to cook. One queen bed and four twin beds in 3 rooms have good blackout curtains. Living room has internet tv. All super convenient, clean and comfortable.”
