“Room was super clean. Staff was very helpful at check in and accommodated this English speaker. Room makeup for second day was fine. Euro breakfast has a lot of variety, all items fresh. Good coffee too and this lactose intolerant guest liked the lactose free creamer. Location is excellent, maybe the equivalent of three city blocks to the main square. “There was no soap in bathroom. We called hotel phone number and front desk in evening and morning but nobody answered and no option to leave message. It said limited parking on premises. The limited hotel parking was on another side of busy street and the cross walk was some distance away. The room smelled bad when we arrived. No Kleenex.”

“This is a lovely little hotel about 5min walk from the train station and 1 min from the epic Roman Remains, pedestrianised shopping/eating area. The location was perfect and the lady at Reception was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable about Trier. We both slept well on the comfortable beds. The shower room was great, good water pressure. This is a good old fashioned hotel - there is no WiFi in the rooms but there is in the lobby. (But there is a telephone and landline in the room!!)”

“Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent.”
