“Over all nice quite stay, rooms are clean.. just keep in mind that the front office closes very early they dont have a 24 hour office.”

“Safety hazard. The light in the shower was dripping water, even though no one had a shower the morning it was dripping. I informed the front desk and they said thank you and apologized. Front desk staff were friendly. It was not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Could smell weed in the hallways.”

“You get what you pay for here and it was an inexpensive solution to an unexpected stay. There are no frills but you didn't pay for any. I couldn't shower because my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and u was afraid to get in the shower. Office staff was super nice.”

“While rooms were clean, the property is in dire need of repairs and refurbished. Mold on ceiling in multiple places in the bathroom. Tile falling off shower enclosure, furniture is sticky and needs replaced. Pool floor was also filthy. Previous reviews stated rooms were nice and clean, while maybe clean definitely need lots of repairs. Also, the humidity in the rooms and halls is awful. We may have been in a room yet to be updated? “The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.”

“New structure, excellent staff, clean rooms”

“Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.”

“The staff at this hotel are excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they are carrying this property harder than any hotel staff should have to. The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment. The air conditioner in my room appeared to be falling apart and was literally supported by what looked like a piece of 2x4 lumber underneath it. “People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend”

“This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...
