“Clean and lots of amenities”

“This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean! The free breakfast had many choices and the staff was available for help. The rooms were very spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. There were plates, glasses and silverware. They even left a minature bottle of dishsoap and a scrub mommy to clean the dishes! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and we loved staying there!”

“The staff were accommodating. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were placed out with lots of water in the serving dish the oatmeal was lumpy, the sausage looked and taste under cooked. The fridge in the room cuts off, leaving items placed very warm. Didn't have trash bags in wastebaskets. someone came in my room while I was out a stole little personal items, eye drops and travel body care products, I could tell that someone had went through my bags and clothing left on the bed.”

“We loved our overnight stay in the deluxe studio (no 5). We arrived to a spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with lots of little touches to make our stay comfortable. The location is great - away from the town, but very quick to get to downtown. The historic Jefferson Monticello house and other historic sights were nearby but as we were short for time we made a priority of walking down the downtown mall in the evening and visiting the UVA especially the rotunda and the university chapel in...

“The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and kind. My dad had a medical procedure at UVA and this hotel was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the room was the right size. Will be coming back again.”

“Room was kinda beat up and dated and some trash was under the nightstand. Shower tub didn't drain and the showerhead offered pretty weak pressure. Great resort with excellent amenities but the room was very subpar.”
