“Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

“The hotel is a very nice facility that is well located. Great rooftop restaurant and bar and adjoining coffee shop. My only issue is that the model is unclear: it’s got a high-end look but attempts to have a hands-off, all online check-in experience. It’s unclear if the people on the lobby are empowered front desk staff or security personnel. ”

“I told the front desk staff that we were very sensitive to noise and the lady at front desk gave me the room on the first floor right next to the public bathrooms. I asked whether this was going to be quiet, and she reassured me and said yes. People were using that bathroom since 6:30 am, and I could hear everything. Maybe it was my fault for trusting her but please maybe just be a little more thoughtful next time. Btw, there were other rooms available. Also breakfast eggs tasted funky. ”
