Hotel con animali ammessi a Tribunali-Castellammare

“Posizione ottima e camera quadrupla grande.”

“Excellent boutique hotel located with easy walking access and proximity to Old City sites. Charming room with high ceilings and large private balcony adjacent to reception/bar/breakfast room/lounge on the top floor. Effervescent staff who are eager to suggest best ways to spend time in Palermo and make dining reservations on behalf of the guests. Reception hours are limited to two shifts organized around breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) and afternoon/evening (4:30-8:30).”

“Tutto okay”

“Bella camera, grandissima. Contesto eccellente. Pulizia della camera ottima.”

“Dario is the perfect host, amazing location and would definitely recommend.”

“La centralità della struttura”

“Camera pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bellissimo il palazzo storico dove è situata ”

“Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in”

“Personale gentile e disponibile tuttavia struttura un pò datata, camera ampia ma con almeno il bagno da ristrutturare. Colazione un pò scarsa.”

“Ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera pulita, comoda per posizione in pieno centro, sia x girare a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze”

“It was loud the bed was hard second bed was in the kitchen without aircondition. The bed sheet on second bed had stains.”

“The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.”
