Waterfront, Boat Dock, Great Fishing - Long Term Renters Welcome - Sleeps 9

Turn a sunny weekend into a quick trip to relax and reunite with loved ones. Even better stay for a week or two. WE are located 90 minutes North of Houston and 2.5 hours from Austin. Your home away from home is located on Lake Livingston with gorgeous water frontage.
Relax while creating precious moments watching the sunset. Your home away from home has a full Kitchen - Living Room - Dining room - is beautifully decorated and open concept. Unwind off the private balcony located off the gorgeous Master bedroom or soak in the oversized tub. The Kitchen is full-sized with seating for 8 at the Dining Table and six more chairs at the island. Enjoy sunrise with a cup of joe on the covered balcony. Cool off in the lake with a quick ride down the slide. Relax in the 3 bedrooms,

Some of the best blue catfish fishing in Texas. Super close to a public golf course with put-put golfing for the children, or go hunting. Equipped with central heat and air conditioning.
This beautiful home is perfect for the group that wants to get away for a few days of fishing/hunting/golfing enjoy the area and have a wonderful, less expensive option for lodging .

The home is located directly across from a boat launch and with the 2-slip boat dock, it is a fisherman’s delight –

It is much easier/less expensive than launching every day and staying at a local hotel

At night you can sit around the fire pit or grill steaks on the open pit barbeque or sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset and calm.

Ground-level outdoor kitchen, firepit and two large grassy areas with water frontage for fishing and swimming.

The double boat dock has a large area for fishing

The water level at our bulkhead is around ~ 4 ft. deep, making it a nice area to float with the young ones. There is no lifeguard, you cannot see the bottom and there is no diving and swimming at your own risk. Watch the little ones closely.

Just What We Needed

Quick get away. Only an 1 1/2 from Houston. We enjoyed bird watching, the sunsets, fishing, and playing gold at the county club (about 2 miles away.)

Fantastic home - many great memories

This was the PERFECT get-away. The house is beautiful. The hosts go out of their way to provide the little extras that are needed - coffee, play area for kids, games for everyone. We always go looking to relax and that is what you can do here. Beautiful sunsets and lots of things to do in the area are added EXTRAS. We will return every year.

Rustic Lakefront, Child-Friendly, Gorgeous Lake House!

My children loved the huge dollhouse. We enjoyed waking up early watching the turtles and loons. We saw bald eagle too. It was so wonderful to be in a relaxing rural oasis.

Lakefront, Family Friendly Vacation!

Beautiful views. Great fishing and fun. Gorgeous location and home in a quiet area. They had everything we needed for the week plus more! I would 0 stay here again. We enjoyed the fire pit, quiet nights, and beautiful night sky.

Best Lake house Experience - Beautiful and plenty to do

This was the BEST lake house experience I have had. Very peaceful and serene stay at the beautiful lake house. The hosts made signing in simple and carefree - came directly from a trip. They stocked the lake house with so many nice extras - coffee creamer, extra fluffy towels. I saw deer grazing in front of the lake and loved listening to all the sounds of nature. The deck was delightful. My family joined me during the weekend. My kids loved the games they have. My wife loved the scenery and lake. I played golf at the near-by championship course. There are many things for everyone of all ages. It was our best lake house experience!! We loved the stay and will return often.

Ideal staycation!!

This is my go-to "staycation". I love it! It's the perfect size for me and my family. It is peaceful. Yet there is so much for the children to do. My husband goes fishing and I lay in the hammock relaxing by the lake. This is our fourth visit. It's the perfect quick trip. The lakehouse is only an hour and a half from Houston. The sunsets are gorgeous. If you enjoy bird watching, there's so many birds. I had never seen a Pink Texas Lark. The colors were so vibrant I thought it was a flamingo. Thanks for the perfect Thanksgiving holiday! Be back soon.

Best Staycation!

Need to get away? When we need to go, we drive to our favorite jewel. This is our get out of town vacation. This lake house has it all! Great waterview from, boat dock, waterfront deck, large partially covered porch facing the lake, BBQ, fire pit, and more. 3, 849 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms.

Rural Relaxation at its BEST!!!

Rural Relaxation at its BEST!!! Lovely HUGE lake house with gorgeous water views. We brought our boat and used the double dock. The lake house is located on Lake Livingston. When we get a free weekend we love going to this lake house. It is always clean and comfy. We always boat to goat island, go golfing, hunting, and fishing too! The Kitchen is full-sized with seating for 8 at the dining table and five more at the island. The sunsets are amazing. Cool off in the lake with a quick ride down the slide. Great place for family and friends. Cook hot dogs and s'mores in the fire pit or grill a Texas sized steak. The house is set up for families.

The best lake house vacation ever!!

We travel all over Texas/southwest and have stayed at many lake houses. This was the BEST!! The owners made certain all the small details were taken care of like having coffee for the adults and s'mores for everyone. The children had plenty of activities and a huge doll house for my small girls - they never wanted to leave. We grilled steaks outside and then made the s'mores. We actually saved money because we only launched our boat once during our stay and used the covered boat dock. The entire experience was 5 star. We will return!!

If you want to enjoy a lakefront city escape it would be hard to find better than this. This peaceful chalet-style lake house is located right along the shores of Trinity Lake, just 90 minutes from Houston. It includes a full kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Some of its standout features include a double boat dock, a private deck off the master suite, and a deck nestled among the trees between the lake house and the lake. You’ll be just steps from the private dock perfect for fishing blue catfish. My children enjoyed swimming, fishing and paddling with a kayak (brought my own.) My husband went golfing and hunting. One of my favorites was the amazing massage(must contact the owner to make an appointment), then spending an hour in the soaker tub, heavenly! Perfect family trip, children were able to boat and fish, hubby played golf, while I was pampered. We'll be back soon.

The area is great for 🚣‍♂️boating, 🎣fishing, 🏊‍♂️swimming, and 🎯hunting. Fully furnished, whole downstairs located in a peaceful, rural setting on private drive. The Lake House has water access, with spectacular sunset views. Conveniently located 80 miles north of Houston. We had time to relax. 🏌️‍♂️golf, 🎣fish, and 🎯hunt. Private, clean and comfortable stay. Will definitely be back‼️💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Panoramic Lake Views

Our breath was taken away by the colorful. The horizon was filled with bright pinks, orange hues, and bits of purple. We enjoyed sitting on the huge private balcony watching the pink cranes and other birds. We also enjoyed boating (brought our own boat) and my husband loved the fishing‼
