“The location was great!”

“People seemed nice, but our stay was disappointing. We were told there was a buffet, and it was also advertised on their pamphlets and on a sign at the entrance. However, we found out that the buffet has been permanently closed. The bar was also not in service, and only breakfast was available. The room was not clean.
